    "The medical record will be abstracted for all participants who consent to medical record review. The review will take place shortly after participants are enrolled in the study and will search for the study outcomes (diagnoses listed in the table below). In addition, medical record abstraction will search for medications, laboratory values, surgeries, and procedures related to the study outcomes.
